I volunteer at the USD daycare every Thursday for an hour. Today we were watching The Jungle Book after lunch and the little girl sitting on my lap turned to me and told me I was not a a nice person. It makes me wonder how she came to that conclusion after two encounters. It makes me curious how a child's thought process works or what thoughts go through their mind on a regular basis. I'm not offended by it-she's three. I just found it interesting.
It is absolutely beautiful out! The things I love about fall are wearing cute sweaters, apple cider, and warm crisp weather. It's a wonderful combination.
Quote of the Day: “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”-Mae West

“I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity.”-Gilda Radner
